The first two are installed by Google only after you click "Accept". If you reject or do not answer, they are not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
Necessary cookies
When you submit the contact form, an own session cookie (PHPSESSID) is used, essential to verify that the submission is legitimate and to protect it against fraudulent submissions. That one cannot be switched off because the form does not work without it, and it is not used for measurement or advertising.
That same form is protected with Google reCAPTCHA v3, which tells people apart from automated programs without asking you to solve anything. To do so Google stores the _GRECAPTCHA cookie on the google.com domain (six months) and analyses your interaction with the page. As it is a security measure the form cannot work without, it always loads; it does not measure audiences and is not used for advertising. You can read Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

Who processes the data
